Key Responsibilities

Provide detailed travel information and expert advice to clients.

Prepare quotations and itineraries for customers.

Coordinate activities with drivers, captains, guides, and other service providers.

Update and maintain professional tools and operational systems.

Prepare and oversee daily and weekly activity schedules.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong commercial acumen and customer service mindset.

Proven track record in customer relations.

At least 3 years of professional experience in the tourism industry.

Excellent knowledge of Zanzibar’s key destinations and attractions.

Fluency in English; French proficiency will be a strong advantage.
