Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the construction and finishing products market.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Present and promote company products to potential customers.

Negotiate sales contracts and close deals.

Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Required Qualifications & Skills

Proven sales experience, preferably in construction or building materials.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Knowledge of finishing products (windows, doors, balustrades, pergolas, etc.) is an advantage.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic IT skills.

Fluent in English and Swahili.
